It all sounds good, but the amount of cohesion is minimal. Songs seem to cut off at random, or lose direction halfway through a song and while it's not egregious, it is noticeable, particular on "Pt.2," where in the span of the 15 seconds the song changes three times. 26, but nine of those songs from that first tracklist made the final album and seven were part of the Madison Square Garden version. This can partially be attributed to the fact that the name and tracklist hasn't remained the same longer than 12 days since the initial tracklist was debuted on Jan. That's not to say that TLOP is a perfect album, nor a particularly focused one. As for the songs we heard before all the hoopla, the new Charlie Heat version of "Facts" is much superior to the version that debuted on New Years', "Real Friends" has the potential to be an all-time great Kanye song and "No More Parties in LA" still features a fantastic Kendrick Lamar verse and Kanye saying the expression "turbo thots." Kanye starts the song as if giving an introduction, then lets each guest stand proudly in the spotlight, where Chance the Rapper shines especially brightly, delivering a strong contender for the best verse on the album.

26 tracklist ("Feedback," "Ultralight Beam," "Freestyle 4," "I Love Kanye," "Famous" and "Low Lights") were all great additions. Ultralight Beam One of the album’s most well-known tracks, featuring a slow, almost minimalist beat underneath a powerful gospel choir. These include: Saint Pablo, Ultralight Beam.

You'd be hard pressed to find a song you'd skip over when listening to the album on shuffle, let alone a bad song. We'll never know what happened to the version of "Wolves" with Vic Mensa and Sia (adding Frank Ocean into the mix is pretty hard to argue against) but when it was all said and done, the songs added after the initial Jan. Id argue that on the Life of Pablo, there is six tracks that have strong arguments to be a top 10/15 Kanye song. You Can Listen to Ultralight Prayer Here As we seem to be taking a sort of forced Hight Street gospel-esk journey with Kanye, he delves deeper on no. (If you want more Chance and Kanye, you should definitely see Chance and Social Experiment's "Family Business" cover.) His inclusion is made all the more meaningful when you consider that it was just last July when Chance visibly reacted to Kanye merely shouting out his name at the RBC Ottawa Bluesfest, calling him "one of the most talented young new artists."

His name was signed on the now-infamous notepad after the tracklist's second iteration, when "Ultralight Beam" first showed up, #BlameChance took off after he pushed for "Waves" to be included and apparently caused a delay in the album's release and then he performed his verse on Saturday Night Live in front of a grinning Kanye. Kanye West dubbed the The Life of Pablo a gospel album, so of course the album's found a natural home outside of the confines of Tidal on the ultralight beam that is all apologies.

Not only having released Surf with Donnie Trumpet and the Social Experiment and Free Based Freestyles with Lil B and being the first independent artist featured on Saturday Night Live, the 22 year-old played an essential part in the process of the album. There's something magical and hysterical about doing so, and hearing some weird British guy instead of Kanye and his "Ultralight Beam" crew. This in particular applies to Chance the Rapper, who is in the midsts of a fantastic year. So do yourself a favor and at the very least ask Siri to play The Life of Pablo for you. This is hilarious and weird and more than a little brilliant. It's more the sheer fact that in Apple Music's alternate world, thanks to streaming-rights issues, Dan Bull's The Life of Pablo is the only hip-hop album called The Life of Pablo. It's not that the tracks themselves are particularly funny, though sometimes they will make you laugh. Did I listen to the whole thing for some reason? I did.

They mostly involve him singing or rapping the names of the songs over and over again in funny voices, while mixing in jokes and some original lyrics. Dan's version of the album has all the same track names as Kanye's, but Dan's versions are slightly different. It turns out a UK-based rapper slash Internet comedy person, Dan Bull, released his own rap album called The Life of Pablo, and so long as Kanye keeps his album exclusive to Tidal, Siri will be serving up Dan's instead.
